Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product, such as LUTs, presets, or other downloadable content, has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
By purchasing any digital product from our store, you agree to this no-refund policy. Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase.
Exceptions for Refunds
We only offer refunds in the following cases:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a system error.
- You never received the download link due to a technical issue (please contact us immediately if this occurs).
- The file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
If you believe you qualify for a refund under these conditions, please contact us at contact@markduffield.com within 7 days of purchase and provide proof of the issue (such as payment confirmation and error messages). Refund requests beyond this period will not be considered.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective digital files. If your downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete, contact us at contact@markduffield.com, and we will provide you with a working version of the product. If the issue persists, we may offer a replacement of equal value at our discretion.
Gifts & Discounted Items
- Gifted products: If you received a digital product as a gift, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Sale items: Discounted digital products are non-refundable under any circumstances.
